Many experts in 2012 got a job in Yutariya Ltd LLP after the termination of educational institution, without experience. Namely on:
- Repair construction works - 15 people.
- Sewing production - 90 people.
- Office employees - 10 people.
Assignment 2. Training of probationers. Training in dual system.
In Yutariya Ltd LLP the dual system in which there are 3 main participants successfully works: business, pupil and state. The pupil receives a salary (grant) for the work, 2 days he work at the enterprise, 3 days are trained in the state lyceums where gets technical education. Pays training of "Yutariya Ltd", transferring money in the state lyceum. As a result:
- The dual system of training of specialists eliminates the main defect of traditional forms and methods of training - a gap between the theory and practice.
- In the mechanism of dual system of preparation impact on the identity of the expert, creation of new psychology of future worker is put.
- The dual system of training of workers creates high motivation of knowledge acquisition and acquisition of skills in work as quality of their knowledge is directly connected with performance of official duties on workplaces.

Assignment 5. A road map of business - 2020.
For realization of the State program of the forced industrial and innovative development for 2010-2014 in the sphere of light industry of the Karaganda region the project "Modernization and expansion of sewing production of Yutariya Ltd LLP" was included into the State program "A road map of business - 2020" and "The card of industrialization of the country".
